ColonySix was the Development Manager of WIN Grand, a $500M mixed-use development across an entire city block in the heart of the Wollongong CBD.
The project envisions over 22,000 square metres of commercial floor space providing a range of uses including office (commercial & co-working), retail, leisure, cinema, pool and gym, health services, live performance venue and exhibition space. It also supports over 400 residential apartments.
ColonySix provided development management services from project inception, including market research and business case; through to master planning, urban design, design competition and concept design; and planning approval. Development consent was achieved in December 2022.
