Throughout his 25-year property career, Steve has worked with some of Australia’s leading listed property companies, private companies, and public sector bodies, delivering over $1b in large-scale property projects, from initial concept through to operational stabilisation. He has a depth of expertise in strategy, stakeholder management, market opportunity identification, commercial feasibility, and deal execution.
Steve combines an intuitive, opportunistic, and strategic mindset with a tenacious approach to executional excellence to drive long term advantage beyond financial earnings for clients, stakeholders, and communities alike.
Sam Jordan

For more than 20 years, Sam has realised world class property solutions for leading ASX listed property companies as well as the diverse client base of ColonySix. His bold and rigorous approach is informed by a broad experience delivering over $1b in complex retail, commercial, education and mixed-use projects; from inception to master planning, concept development, contract conversion through to project completion.
Sam’s expertise encompasses strategic planning, organisational change management, corporate development, and innovation. With a passion for sustainability and innovation in construction, Dale is renowned for his ability to influence high value outcomes in delivering project conversion, portfolio transformation and diversity.

He brings a unique perspective on the South-West Sydney and Illawarra regions, after many years managing significant project portfolios across these high growth corridors.
Shaun Doyle

Shaun brings 10+ years of mixed-use, retail and industrial property experience to his role at ColonySix. He combines the agility to apply himself to anything, with an impressive discipline honed by years on the pro-golf circuit. Prior to joining ColonySix, Shaun worked for an ASX listed REIT where he gained extensive experience in all facets of development management – driving individual projects from conceptual stage through to project completion.

Wayne is responsible for development feasibility modelling, reporting and investment analysis at ColonySix. He brings 20+ years’ experience in investment banking, commercial banking and the ASX listed REIT sectors spanning Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Wayne leverages his analytical expertise and attention to detail in providing ongoing decision support to the ColonySix team.
Joanna Chin

Joanna brings a wealth of experience and financial expertise to her role as the Financial Controller at ColonySix. Having joined the team in 2017, she has 25+ years’ experience in ASX listed REIT’s, banking and finance, small business and the non-profit sector in Australia and Hong Kong. Joanna is responsible for the overall financial management, taxation and governance of the ColonySix business.
