At ColonySix we recognise that the best mark you can leave on the world, is beyond what’s set in stone.

Our Story

We know space has the power to enhance our lives. So, we intentionally create positive environments – filled with possibility – to liberate opportunities for the people that inhabit them.

We want to understand how each project can uniquely enable individuals to thrive and communities to flourish. How physical transformation can foster new life, and new stories. Seeing things differently, focused on what’s next, our ambition is to reframe the way we develop, use and think about space.

Yet we aren’t just dreamers. By blending free-thinking with disciplined action, we not only see what’s possible, we make it real. We curate killer teams, knowing what it takes to assemble the right talent for each project. We make the most of each opportunity so those that inhabit our spaces make the most of theirs.

To us it’s not the space that leaves the mark, it’s the people.

Our aspiration is to transform physical spaces into places where people create their own stories. At ColonySix we exist to leave a mark on the world that begins as space yet endures as stories. Where individuals thrive and communities flourish.

Our Approach

To achieve superior development outcomes for our clients we follow a progressive, disciplined process that focuses on value creation and opportunity maximisation whilst identifying, mitigating or eliminating risk.

Our processes have been honed over the past 25 years, beginning with some of the country’s leading REIT’s and construction companies.

We fundamentally believe that the greatest opportunity for value creation occurs in the project’s formative phases.

Our Team

The collective experiences of our team shape us as a company, allowing us to bring unique perspectives, principles, and practices to each project we work on.
